Diabetes
This scheme consists the serological diagnostic of type 1 diabetes. Serum samples must be tested against diabetes type 1 related auto antibody's, such as antibody's against the islets of Langerhans (ICA), antibody's against glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAC) and antibody's against insulinoma antigen-2 (IA2). Results must be (semi) quantitative reported in titers, ratio's or units with boundary's. Also an interpretation positive, questionable or negative has to be given. On the basis of the test results and a short description of the patient data you are asked to give the most probably diagnosis.
