PNH diagnostics
Each year three samples of fresh peripheral blood of a patient known with PNH are sent with the request of the percentage of PNH clone in granulocytes, monocytes and/or erythrocytes by using participants own panel of MoAbs that can bind to GPI-linked antigens. Participants should report the PNH clone as part of the white blood cells in the mentioned populations.
