Antituberculosis drugs

In this international program the analysis of 12 antituberculosis drugs is tested: isoniazide, rifampicine, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, rifabutin, moxifloxacine, levofloxacine, bedaquiline, linezolid and clofazimine. In addition, the metabolites desacetylrifabutin and acetylisoniazid need to be measured. For two samples the matrix is deep-frozen human plasma. The third sample consists of water that needs to be diluted with blank plasma. The samples of the first round are accompanied with a patient case.
