Immunosuppressant microsampling

This scheme combines the five most used immosuppressants in transplantation for microsampling methods (tacrolimus, everolimus, sirolimus, cyclosporine, mycophenolic acid) and hematocrit. Microsampling methods are defined as methods that require a few drops of (fingerprick) blood and can be used for home sampling (such as Dried Blood Spots, Mitra, Capitainer-B). Each round (two a year) consist of two samples on two levels for all immunosuppressants. Once every year, a clinical case will be part of the scheme. Presentation is to a very high extent graphical. Trueness and precision are shown. Historical information of the most recent year is given.

Details

Participants are required to send the micro sampling device used to the KKGT including sampling instructions (if necessary). This device will be sampled and send back as part of this scheme.
