PNH diagnostiek
Per jaar worden 3 verse bloedmonsters van patiënten die bekend zijn met Paroxysmale Nachtelijke Hemoglobinurie rondgestuurd met vraagstelling: hoe groot is de PNH kloon in de granulocyten, monocyten en de erythrocyten. Gevraagd onderzoek: immuunfenotypering van granulocyten, monocyten en de erythrocyten met behulp van eigen panel aan MoAbs die binden aan antigenen die door middel van een GPI-anker met het membraan verbonden zijn. De deelnemers dienen het percentage PNH-kloon in granulocyten, monocyten en de erythrocyten weer te geven als ook waarop deze conclusie gebaseerd is.
