The General Board (GB) is formed by the chairmen of the various sections, whereby each chairman can be represented by a fully-mandated replacement nominated by him/her.
The Executive Board (EB) is nominated by the Board of Directors, consisting of at least a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary and a treasurer, who also fulfill these functions within the BD. The BD and the EB are together denoted as the “Board”.
